Return and Refund Policy

Returns? No Problem (Well, Kinda).

If your shirt didn’t fit, or your riding buddy swiped it before you could, we get it — sometimes the trail takes an unexpected turn. You can return your shirt within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in mint, unridden condition.

That means:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• No burrito stains, trail dust, or chain grease

1. Email us at Trail.Apparel.Company@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    
2. We’ll respond with a return address and brief instructions.
    
3. You ship it back (yep, return shipping’s on you) - no hard feelings.
    
4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process your return (not including shipping).
   
• We don’t do exchanges (yet), so just place a new order for a different size or design.
